Embedded Team Lead (Agritech IoT & ESP32)
תיאור משרה
Lead the embedded roadmap and firmware delivery for ESP32-based controllers in a real-world Agritech environment. You will report directly to the CTO/VP R&D and manage a cross-functional team of hardware and software engineers. This is a hands-on role where you will set the technical direction for sensor integrations, connectivity, and OTA updates, defining standards from scratch. Your architecture decisions and daily codebase contributions will run on physical devices in greenhouses, directly impacting crop success.

5+ years of Embedded development experience – Must.
Proven experience leading Embedded/Firmware engineers as a direct lead – Must.
Production firmware shipped on ESP32 or similar wireless MCU in C/C++ – Must.
Solid grasp of hardware interfaces (GPIO, I2C, SPI, UART) and Embedded networking (MQTT, HTTP) – Must.
Comfort with Git, PlatformIO or Arduino IDE, and reading unfamiliar codebases – Must.
Experience with FreeRTOS or other RTOS – Advantage.
Knowledge of OTA update mechanisms, unit testing, CI/CD, and ATE/ECO processes – Advantage.
