Senior Supply Chain & Operations Specialist

Advanced Nutraceutical is a fast-growing international nutraceutical company supplying innovative wellness products—including gummies, powders, functional foods, dietary supplements, and nutraceutical ingredients—to leading brands across the United States and Europe.

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain & Operations Coordinator to oversee our global supply chain activities, working closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, contract manufacturers, quality assurance, and our international sales teams.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient procurement, production planning, logistics, quality compliance, and on-time delivery across multiple international markets.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end supply chain from purchase order through customer delivery.
Issue, monitor, and manage purchase orders with international suppliers.
Coordinate production schedules with contract manufacturers.
Manage international import and export operations, including shipping documentation, customs requirements, and freight coordination.
Coordinate ocean, air, and road freight with logistics providers and freight forwarders.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of raw materials and packaging.
Source and evaluate new suppliers worldwide.
Lead supplier qualification and onboarding processes.
Negotiate pricing, lead times, payment terms, and commercial agreements with suppliers.
Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships.
Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure supplier compliance with company quality standards.
Coordinate supplier documentation including specifications, Certificates of Analysis, quality questionnaires, audits, and regulatory documentation.
Support supplier audits and corrective action processes.
Track supplier performance using KPIs for quality, delivery, service, and cost.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Regulatory Affairs, and Operations to ensure smooth execution of customer projects.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize inventory.
