We are hiring a Manufacturing & NPI Engineer to join a company located in Shoham!

We are looking for a Manufacturing & NPI Engineer to own products from NPI through supplier production, installation, and field service.
What you’ll do
• Lead NPI from design transfer to production ramp-up
• Own manufacturing & sustain engineering for complex electro-mechanical systems
• Apply DFx to improve manufacturability, quality, and cost
• Work hands-on with local & overseas suppliers (turnkey, FAIs, integration)
• Drive ECOs, cost-reduction, and second-source initiatives
• Troubleshoot production and field issues
