A stable and growing company is seeking an Import & Shipping Coordinator to join its team. This dynamic role involves daily communication with local and international suppliers, purchase order management, and end-to-end coordination of import and shipping processes.

Responsibilities:
Create and issue purchase orders to overseas suppliers
Maintain ongoing communication with suppliers in English, both verbally and in writing
Monitor orders, shipments, and delivery schedules
Manage the entire import and shipping process, from order placement through delivery to the company
Coordinate with freight forwarders, suppliers, and internal departments
Handle import documentation and ensure timely shipment processing
Work closely with internal stakeholders and process purchasing requests
Utilize the Priority ERP system on a daily basis (significant advantage)

דרישות התפקיד

Fluent English (spoken, written, and reading) – mandatory
Previous experience in purchasing, import, or supply chain operations – significant advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong sense of responsibility and excellent interpersonal skills
