A growing global technology company is looking for a talented engineer to join a leading engineering team working on cutting-edge high-speed systems.
What you’ll do:
Analyze and optimize high-speed signal performance in advanced electronic systems
Work closely with customers and internal teams to define and improve signal integrity requirements
Perform simulations and modeling of high-speed channels (loss, reflections, crosstalk, jitter, eye diagrams)
Support system-level design involving PCBs, interconnects, and high-speed interfaces
Troubleshoot and resolve complex signal integrity issues in real-world applications
Participate in defining design guidelines and best practices for high-speed systems
B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (M.Sc. – advantage)
3+ years of experience in hardware design / high-speed systems / signal integrity
Strong understanding of high-speed interfaces (e.g., SerDes, DDR, PCIe, Ethernet)
Experience with signal integrity concepts: transmission lines, impedance, reflections, losses
Hands-on experience with simulation tools (e.g., HFSS / ADS / similar) – advantage
Familiarity with lab equipment (oscilloscope, VNA) – advantage
Ability to work in a multidisciplinary, customer-facing environment
Excellent English communication skills
Nice to have:
Background in RF / electromagnetics
Experience working with complex hardware systems or interconnect technologies
