A food and logistics delivery platform company, located in the North and Center of the country is seeking a high-performing Senior Account Manager to own and grow strategic relationships with key national and high-potential regional partners. This role requires a sharp commercial mindset, excellent relationship management skills, and a deep understanding of how to drive partner success in a marketplace environment. You will serve as a strategic advisor to our top partners building tailored growth plans, negotiating deals, and coordinating internal teams to ensure smooth execution and long-term value creation. You will also coach and mentor junior account managers, helping to shape the future of our partner organization
What Will You Do
Portfolio Ownership: Manage and grow a portfolio of national partners. Build long-term relationships that drive partner satisfaction, performance, and retention.
Strategic Account Planning: Develop quarterly and annual success plans for key accounts, including joint growth targets, promotional strategies, menu optimizations, and marketing campaigns.
Data-Driven Optimization: Use performance data to identify gaps and opportunities. Build action plans to improve delivery performance, operational efficiency, and revenue per partner.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Operations, Marketing, Content, and Customer Service teams to deliver seamless execution on all partner needs.
Contract & Commercial Ownership: Lead negotiations for renewals, upsells, exclusivity agreements, and commercial terms, ensuring HAAT’s interests are aligned with partner growth.
Partner Advocacy: Act as the voice of the partner within HAAT, raising feedback, aligning on product features, and supporting strategic decision-making.
Mentorship & Leadership: Support the training and development of junior account managers. Provide guidance, structure, and best practices to strengthen the team.
5+ years of experience in Account Management, Partnerships, Sales, or Client. Success ideally in tech, FMCG, delivery platforms, or marketplaces.
Proven success managing high-value accounts, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding commercial targets.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to develop win-win partnerships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage C-level stakeholders.
Data-literate, comfortable working with dashboards and performance metrics to guide decisions.
Fluent in Hebrew and English. Arabic is a strong plus.
