Job description

Own the product lifecycle end-to-end, combining deep technical product management with hands-on customer engagement, to ensure Pragatix addresses real-world AI security risks and delivers measurable value to customers.
Product & Research
Lead competitive analysis, market research, and trend tracking across AI security, agents, and governance (including Gartner and industry frameworks).
Perform hands-on evaluation of AI tools and platforms to understand behaviors, risks, and enterprise needs.
Identify and define AI-driven cyber and business risks (e.g., prompt injection, data leakage, agent misuse).
Translate insights into product requirements, roadmap priorities, and security capabilities.
Own product documentation, including technical specs, use cases, and release materials.
Customer Success
Work closely with customers and design partners to validate use cases and refine the product.
Support onboarding, training, and adoption, with a focus on AI security and governance.
Gather and translate customer feedback and usage insights into continuous improvements.
Build strong relationships to drive customer success, retention, and real-world impact.
