• Over 5 years of international defense sales experience within NATO countries
• Proven success in closing deals with military end-users, Ministries of Defense (MoDs), or defense contractors/integrators, with a strong network across the defense ecosystem in NATO countries
• Deep understanding of procurement processes, standards, tenders, and defense sales cycles
• Comfortable working with technical products while building strategic relationships
• Full fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Willingness to travel internationally (~40%) Nice to Have
• Military background or experience working with a defense systems integrator
• Experience with tactical command systems, with technical expertise and the ability to conduct high-level demonstrations and discussions
