MATRIX is looking for Kernel Developer
To develop a kernel driver for WiFi, a Software Engineer should possess a combination of advanced technical skills, extensive experience, and specific knowledge related to kernel development and wireless networking.
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years focused on kernel or driver development
Proficiency in C/C++: Essential for kernel development.
Experience with Kernel Development: In-depth knowledge of Linux kernel architecture and development practices
Understanding of WiFi Protocols: Familiarity with 802.11 standards and wireless networking concepts
Driver Development: Experience in writing and debugging kernel-mode drivers
System Programming: Strong skills in low-level programming and system calls.
Debugging and Profiling Tools: Proficiency with tools like GDB, perf, and ftrace.
