Device Engineer for Device R&D Group
תיאור משרה
Join our team in developing cutting-edge devices for leading mixed signal and Power Management technologies, from concept to mass production. Your role will involve:
• Conducting TCAD simulations of processes and devices.
• Design of experiments with statistical tools.
• Editing layouts using EDA tools.
• Characterizing test structures and analyzing electrical results.
• Collaborating with various teams to translate new devices into a full PDK offering.
• Participating in ramping up technology in new Fabs.
דרישות התפקיד
• BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering or Physics from a leading university.
• Knowledge of CMOS processes – an advantage.
• Understanding Semiconductor Physics – an advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills (Hebrew & English).
• Experience in wafer-level characterization and automatic testing – an advantage.
• Experience with software tools for data analysis (like JMP, Matlab, Python, Excel).
