Proven hands-on experience with AWS and either GCP or Azure.
Deep understanding and extensive experience with Kubernetes (Self-hosted, EKS or GKE) production environments.
Track record of building end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using IaC (GitHub actions, ArgoCD, Helm, Terraform).
Understanding of DevSecOps practices and cloud security principles, operating procedures and compliance issues.
Experience in defining and building observability platforms (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemery, etc.)
Self-sufficient and reliable—can lead infrastructure work from whiteboard to release.

5+ years of hands-on DevOps experience (2+ years in a similar leadership or management role)
Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
