The Business Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to the Finance & IBT departments and personal assistance to VP Finance, VP Information & Business Technology & the CFO.

Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
Sustain a daily calendar of meetings and events, including scheduling onsite and virtual meetings with multiple internal & external participants and booking conference rooms
Organize complex calendars and schedules, resolving any scheduling issues
Support travel and accommodation requirements for the departments.
Support budget management and control, incl. purchase orders
Support various projects and assignments related to the Finance department
Arrange and coordinate all the departments’ social activities and events (offsite meetings, holiday toasts, birthdays, volunteering, etc.)

Required education and experience

At least 3 years of experience in office administration for senior management
Excellent level of Hebrew and English – written and spoken is a must.
Proficient in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, PPT
Academic degree
Required qualification

Excellent communication skills – written and spoken
Service orientation and "can do" attitude
Strong ability to multitask and prioritize, and to function well in a high-paced environment.
Availability for a full-time position.
