A successful technology company at a pivotal growth stage is seeking its sole General Counsel to join the leadership team and play a central role in the company’s next phase.

This position is designed for a junior partner or partnership-track attorney from a leading High-Tech practice, looking to transition in-house at a true inflection point.

??Responsibilities:

• Assume full legal ownership as the company’s sole General Counsel

• Serve as strategic legal advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors

• Lead complex B2B commercial transactions end-to-end

• Advise on investment rounds and M&A transactions

• Oversee regulatory and compliance matters

• Select, manage, and coordinate external counsel
