Role Overview Lead technical expert for mechanical systems and HVAC infrastructure across the client's critical facilities in Israel, with occasional support to European sites. Drive operational excellence through technical leadership, system optimization, and team development.

Key Responsibilities • Provide technical leadership and expert guidance on HVAC systems across all Israel RDSM sites • Lead energy conservation initiatives and system performance optimization • Conduct design reviews and oversee mechanical system upgrades and projects • Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues and provide emergency technical support • Mentor HVAC teams through training and professional development

Essential Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with HVAC specialization • 5-7 years industrial HVAC experience in operational environments (not design offices) • Hands-on expertise with chillers, pumps, cooling towers, rotating systems, and BMS • Professional engineering credentials or equivalent certifications • Fluent Hebrew and English • Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project skills

Preferred Qualifications • Semiconductor or mission-critical facility experience • Energy management and conservation background • Additional HVAC certifications (refrigerant handling, energy management)
