Partner with the GM to translate vertical goals into actionable workstreams, prioritize initiatives, and ensure we are hitting our commercial targets
Lead the launch of new products and initiatives from inception to delivery (End-to-End GTM Strategy). This includes pricing strategy, re-pricing efforts and monitoring post-launch engagement. You will be the owner of the "Product-to-Market" pipeline
Act as the pulse of the marketplace (360° Marketplace Monitoring). You will work closely with data analysts to identify trends, dissect KPIs, and translate data into actionable business insights and optimizations
Identify bottlenecks in existing processes, particularly within Sales Ops. You will design and implement smarter, more efficient workflows that directly impact the company’s bottom line
Coordinate with Product, Marketing, Data, and Sales teams to ensure smooth execution of strategic initiatives and shared accountability for results

דרישות התפקיד

Significant experience in operations leadership roles within the technology sector
A strong background in Revenue Operations (RevOps) is highly preferred. Experience in Product Operations is also a significant advantage
Proven track record of managing product launches, including pricing, monitoring engagement rates, and full-cycle delivery
Deeply data-driven. You should be comfortable analyzing funnels, working with analysts, and asking the "why" behind the numbers
Strong project management capabilities, experienced in leading cross-functional workstreams
A "business-first" mindset with the ability to support negotiations, managing trade-offs, and contribute to P&L thinking
Prior experience within the Automotive or Mobility landscape is a an advantage
Fluent in English
