Profile 1 - Leading the development of the system from the initiation phase to delivery.
Designing the architecture of the solution.
Defining the requirements for the system's algorithms.
Supporting the development and integration of various system components—antennas, RF, hardware, firmware, RT, communication, software, and testing.
Leading system reviews.
Writing, formulating, and managing customer requirements and technical system documentation.
Profile 2 - Own the system architecture and system-level design across the full
product lifecycle
• Collaborate closely with the Product team to understand operational
scenarios, performance targets, and product-level requirements
• Translate product requirements into system architectures, system
requirements, and interface definitions
• Lead system-level design decisions and architectural trade-offs to
meet performance, reliability, safety, and scalability objectives
• Provide system-level feasibility assessments, constraints, and tradeoff analyses to support product decisions
• Define and maintain system interfaces, boundaries, and allocation of
responsibilities between subsystems
• Support system integration and cross-domain coordination to ensure
coherent end-to-end system behavior
• Participate in technical and design reviews to ensure alignment
between system intent, implementation, and verification
• Define system-level technical requirements for subcontractors and
support their alignment with system architecture and performance
goals
Profile 1 - Bachelor's degree in engineering; a master's degree in engineering/systems engineering is an advantage.
At least 3 years of experience in systems engineering, including RF components and signal processing in the fields of EW/SIGINT.
Essential: Experience in development processes in an advanced environment, including configuration management.
Experience working with Matlab systems is an advantage.
Experience leading the development of real-time system software is an advantage.
Background in communication domains is an advantage.
Profile 2 -
• BSc. in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Aeronautical, or
Electronics)
• At least 4 years of experience as a System Engineer
• Proven experience developing autonomous, aerial, or defense-grade
systems
• Ability to define and implement system engineering processes and
methodologies
• Strong ability to work independently and within cross-functional
teams
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively at
both technical and decision-making levels
Advantage:
• Experience in the defense industry
• Experience with UAVs, autonomy stacks, robotic systems
Languages:
• Hebrew, English – Speaking, reading and writing at high leve
