Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Location: Petah Tikva, Israel | Hybrid
About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our recruiting team for a 9-month contract. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering a smooth, professional, and efficient hiring experience for candidates and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Manage high-volume interview scheduling across multiple time zones.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and internal teams (HR, IT, Payroll).
Support onboarding processes and offer letter administration.
Maintain accurate data in ATS and Google Sheets.
Identify process bottlenecks and propose operational improvements.
Handle confidential information with high integrity and attention to detail.

Qualifications
3+ years of experience in coordination, administration, HR, or recruiting (advantage).
Excellent English and Hebrew – high level of speaking and writing (required).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
Experience with ATS systems – advantage.
Proactive, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
