A leading international company is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead its global commercial strategy and revenue performance.
This is a senior executive role with full responsibility for global and local commercial results, including international distribution channels, global online sales platforms, and the Israeli market, including company owned retail operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Full ownership of global and local sales targets and P&L.
• Lead and grow an international distributor network and open new markets.
• Drive global online sales growth through e-tailers and marketplaces.
• Manage Israel sales operations including retail stores.
• Lead and develop a multicultural sales team and work cross-functionally to deliver GTM plans.

• Bachelor’s degree Required. Master's degree - an advantage. Degrees taken overseas will be considered as an advantage.
• Significant senior global sales leadership experience in an international environment, including work through distributors/partners.
• Proven success in building profitable growth across multiple channels, including online.
• Strong commercial, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Agile, fast-moving, and comfortable with uncertainty.
• Fluent English and Hebrew.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire trust, foster collaboration, and build strong relationships across cultures and functions.
• High emotional intelligence, resilience, and a growth mindset, with a demonstrated ability to lead through change and ambiguity.
This role reports directly to the Group CEO.
